I went through some old photos with my mom this past weekend while I was home and found this gem.  This is me circa 1982 when I first began to learn the joys of dressing up and accessorizing.  This photo speaks volumes about the person that I came to be.  For example the fact that I am wearing oversized slips as a dress and some sort of fake fur stole–yet I am rocking it like it’s couture and giving a pouty pose. Thank god for grandma’s that indulge little ones.

• yes, it is the family joke that I still have the same figure–just in a full scale model.
